A company in The Woodlands is looking for an Administrative/Data Entry Coordinator on a possible contract to hire opportunity. Must have excellent data entry skills as well as a minimum of 2+ years in an administrative support role. This will be an in-office role working Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. Requirements

Required Skills

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Exchange, Excel, Outlook; Eversign).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with speed, precision and accuracy.

• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills; high sense of urgency; ability to successfully handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Homebuilding experience will be preferred.

• Positive attitude and a team player a must.
