Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing and/or distribution environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

salary: $45,000 - $75,500 per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, team productivity, shipping, and customer service, assisting when needed.

• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.

• Meet regularly with warehouse team to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and inventory accuracy.

The essential functions of this role include:
