Citigroup HRP&D Productivity Senior Analyst in Tampa, Florida

The HRP&D Productivity Senior Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture / design engineering

  • Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes

  • Role at this level usually has full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables

  • May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Generate a data driven culture, characterized by data accuracy and integrity

  • Support the development and implementation of consistent methods and metrics to measure the efficiency of HRP&D processes and solutions, and proactively execute improvements as needed

  • Deliver advanced analysis of the different HRP&D processes' impact and outcomes

  • Develop measurement and tracking tools for the different HRP&D initiatives such as dashboards and detailed reports, facilitating data based decisions

  • Analyzes and provides insights into efficient and impactful processes

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SNOW process flows as well as agent view, reporting and dashboards modules

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize HRP/D processes from data analysis

  • Prioritizes change to address opportunities and areas of risk

  • Deliver insights to guide change management, with employee experience at the forefront

  • Enable productivity and efficiency in HR through insights and enhancements to HR tools and systems

  • Continuously monitor and quantify ROI and impact to inform and advance our team’s work

  • Partners closely with team members and key stakeholders to define a project scope and objectives for team members.

  • Applies a proactive approach in routinely analyzing data to track change initiative progress against goals.

  • Constantly improving their own and their teams' skills through lessons-learned reviews at project completion.

  • Possess the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming.

  • Articulates problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed.

  • Proactively follows escalation and change control processes.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced MS Excel and VBA knowledge.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality and detail-oriented work products

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.

  • In depth knowledge of ServiceNow – both as an agent and developer preferred

  • In depth knowledge of Workday business process, transaction, and reporting structure

  • Know-how on analytic tools (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.) and methodologies (regression, CHAID, simulation, etc.)

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
