Description There is an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst to join the team at Robert Half! This is a permanent opportunity is based in the Tampa, Florida area. We're looking for some with a can-do attitude who is looking to be part of a highly motivated team, so if that's you, apply today! You'll mostly be handling complex end-user support issues and providing support to team members by focusing on restoring service to the end users. It is also required for this Help Desk Analyst position to know how the role relates to IT projects and IT Service Management initiatives. We also need the chosen candidate for this position to understand Incident, Problem, Change Management and other processes. It is important for the chosen candidate to understand how these processes work together to provide superior support and high availability of our business. In the course of your work, you might need to create knowledge articles and arrange training for other Service Desk Analysts when needed. Requirements - 3+ years' of experience supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange and VMware - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight - We really want someone with ITIL certification for this job - It is preferred for applicants to have a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment - You'll be a good fit for this position if you have technical skills to serve as escalation point for handling incidents and service requests related to application, operating system and other service related problems - Capable of analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying business vision and direction - Excellent problem-solving skills - Experience in one or more programming or scripting language - Proficiency in Support Tickets - Solid understanding of Provide Technical Support - Adeptness in Hardware Troubleshooting - Basic Network Troubleshooting experience - Active Directory experience - Knowledge of Service Desk Tickets Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
