Energy Savers, Inc Trade Show and Event Coordinator in Syracuse, New York

Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events and trade shows to enhance the companies brand presence and drive business objective. As the Trade Show and Event Coordinator you will Plan organize and execute trade shows and community events for our participation. Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Coordinate to participation of the company in trade shows, including booth design, setup and breakdown. Work closely with the marking manager to align event strategies with overall business goal. Qualifications Experience in event planning and coordination in trade show environment. Be willing to work hours that vary according to the event scheduled. Excellent verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Self motivated and detail orientated with the ability to problem solve Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment Demonstrates a positive can do attitude while also displaying diplomacy and tact Ability to drive to show locations in and around, Syracuse. Binghamton and Utica areas Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
