Medication administration and treatment administration.
Charge Nurse role for oversight of certified nursing assistants to monitor care provided.
Team member to monitor effectiveness of the patient/resident's plan of care
Participate in the care planning process
Reporting to Nurse Manager/Nursing Supervisor/ADON

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
Valid LPN Practical Nurse License
CPR certification
