Job Summary: Candidate will be providing programmatic support at Oneida Hospital for acute care surgery (ACS). Candidate will provide patient care responsibilities that include inpatient and outpatient general surgical consultation, performing major and minor general surgery procedures, participation in general surgery call. This position may involve teaching medical students, residents and fellows in formal didactic sessions and on the clinical service.

Minimum Qualifications:

MD, NYS License or eligible. Board Eligible/Certified in General Surgery

Monday-Friday; weeknights/holidays; on call when needed
