Basic Job Functions:

• Success fully set ling projects that are profitable tons for the div is ion.

• Covering DS M role in territories without an active DSM or while DSMs are unavailable.

• Generating project takeoffs and creating eQuote scopes from drawings, specifications, and engaging the builder.

• Traveling with the DSMs to assist with builder recruitment, project meetings and box-by-box reviews.

• Develop and maintain sales strategy and setting expectations with our builders to ensure equal business stature.

• Multi-tasking between projects, scheduling, pricing, phone & email correspondence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to safety in all job aspects.

• 2 year s experienc e in Meta l Building , Construction , or Constructio n related field.

• Ability to interpret Architectural and Structural Drawings.

• Willingness and ability to travel to builders offices and job sites, possibly on short notice.

• Required to have and keep a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.

• Highly motivated, extremely competitive, Can-Do-Attitude and passionately Find-A-Way to be successful.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Associates Degree or Bachelors in Business, Construction, or Engineering related fields
