Requirements
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Customer service and office administrative skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Well-founded grasp of Claim Administration
Good understanding of Computer Programs
Customer service experience desired
Proven knowledge of Merchandising
Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Complaints
General familiarity with Adjustments
About Time experience
Practical knowledge of complaints
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
Billing experience
Data entry experience
Wide ranging experience with Written Communication
Quality experience with Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
