Actalent Quality Inspector in Sussex, Wisconsin

We are looking for an experienced Quality Technician to join the team! This role is going to be a 50/50 split with working on the floor and documentation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support non-conforming material and document findings

  • Complete corrective actions

  • Document customer feedback records

  • Execution of in-house calibration on various crimps, dies, calipers, micrometers, etc.

  • Complete internal audits

  • Write work instructions as needed

  • Utilize the network analyzer for electrical testing and analysis of products

  • Train new quality team members

  • Determine validity of non-conformances from customer feedback and RMAs.

  • Perform, review, and approve First Article Inspection Reports from internal and external sources. Train others on execution of FAI’s as required

  • Maintain 5S Standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of quality technician experience

  • Minimum 2 years working around electrical properties such as VSWR, VOP, RF, and Ethernet cable

  • Minimum 1 year of working around CMMs and GD&T

  • Need to demonstrate ability to learn test equipment and review results

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
