Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience with Networking Servers, Data Storage, or Machine Learning Infrastructure.

• Knowledge of hardware engineering disciplines such as power, optics, board design, signal integrity, data analytics, or quality engineering.

• Excellent organizational, data representation, and presentation skills.

The Data Centers Quality and Reliability team provides long-term improvement to products and processes through escalation support and root cause investigation, analysis of production data trends and significant issues, corrective and preventative action, and engagement with the partner teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Perform analytics on data sets with SQL, create reliability models, analyze reliability test data or MES (manufacturing execution system) data to find quality issues.

• Manage quality for a hardware design group, and participate in design reviews.

• Build knowledge on high volume memory devices, software stacks and what issues can come up during installation, server hardware design and functionality, and server hardware design needed for machine learning (ML).

• Improve data center systems quality and reliability for NPI and sustaining products.
