We're looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual with strong analytic abilities to support the Worldwide Insights and Analytics Team. In this role, you will focus on quote management, trader management, tool standardization, as well as new product introduction reporting and analytics. You will then present findings to our leadership teams. Premier operational excellence is a cornerstone of our success and the Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) organization plays a meaningful role ensuring operational and financial success for Apple.

Description

• Interface and work closely with internal teams in Supply Demand Planning and Retail to ensure best Online Store ship quotes possible
 • Partner with Supply Demand Planning teams to lead forecast and supply strategy discussions with Retail Sales and Finance
 • Review and synthesize demand, supply, and fulfillment information to provide leadership with a holistic view of key contributors to business performance and areas of opportunity
 • Develop a deep understanding of the planning and quote management process to drive efficiency and best customer experience possible
 • Lead for Adhoc analysis on consumer insights and Quote management support • Achieve and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the online customer experience, and drive opportunities to improve fulfillment experience and communications throughout the process
 • Core team member of the Online Order Process and Fulfillment Supply Chain
 • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, frame, prioritize, and answer business questions where analytics can be most impactful
 • Conceptualize and work with cross functional teams to create scalability tools to increase accuracy and efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management is needed.

  • Knowledge of premier supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, strong leadership skills, and business savvy.

  • Effective in communication, influencing, and negotiating in a matrix organization including one-on-one, small and large groups, and with peers and executives.

  • Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of expertise in working with numbers.

  • Proven experience leading and adapting approaches in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.

  • High proficiency in Excel and aptitude to learn technical applications quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Masters Degree in a related field is preferred.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,500 and $205,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
