Pharmacist, Sunnyside, WA --

Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use. May advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications. Monitor pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of medications and patients, as well as antibiotic stewardship.

Schedule: Full-time position. 10 days on/4 days off, 8 hour shifts -- 7:30am to 4:00pm -- Hours will vary and some weekends and on-call required.

Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or related field, or foreign equivalent. Licensed pharmacist in the State of Washington, or ability to obtain.
