Job Title: Chief Engineer

We are looking for a Chief Engineer within the civil space. Someone who has structural design knowledge and has their PE or can obtain their PE within 6 months of starting. The Chief Engineer will work hand in hand with the owner of the company who is a Civil PE.

Job Description:

• Produce accurate calculations, models, and daily designs as part of production engineering.

• Conduct site evaluations and inspections.

• Utilize proficiency in structural CAD and spreadsheets.

• Communicate effectively with clients through excellent oral and written communication skills.

Hard Skills:

• Accurate calculations and modeling.

• Proficiency in structural CAD.

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Norfolk, Virginia.
