JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Managing the network and cyber security across the entire company and allocating resources to ensure that the team is delivering secure solutions for the company to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Team Leadership Responsibilities * Oversee the network, help desk, and security teams across the company. * Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to handle security operations, the network, and the help desk effectively. * Provide direction and guidance to staff in day-to-day activities. * Communicate with management across the company and work cross-functional to make improvements, assess problems and create solutions. * Provide training to employees on security procedures and best practices. * Lead the creation of policies and procedures and deploy across the company.
