The incumbent has responsibility for establishing, marketing, managing and servicing loans and grants for community facilities, public utilities, and/or businesses. This position may be eligible for hiring incentives. Initial cutoff date for referral consideration will be 5/29/2024. This position is neither remote nor virtual. The employee will be expected to report in person to the assigned duty location. Duties Analyzes annual financial statements and reports on closed loans. Conducts security reviews on rural utility, community facility, and business projects. Reviews financial records to recommend loans for graduation and/or refinancing. Develops outreach and marketing strategic plans for assigned loan portfolio(s). Prepares written loan approval determinations or recommendations for loan approval and submits to approving official as appropriate. Analyzes loan and grant applications for eligibility and conformance with Rural Development statutory regulations, policies, procedures and practices and inputs data into appropriate automated database systems. The incumbent is responsible for the development, management, coordination and administration of an assigned loan and grant program portfolio(s) involving one or more of the agency regulatory loan functions. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications. Category placement will be determined based on applicants\' quality of experience and the extent they possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) or competencies: Knowledge of Building Standards, Costs, Specifications and Contracts Knowledge of Commercial and Community Program servicing requirements.
