Concert Technologies Scheduling Coordinator / Project Facilitator - on site @ Dulles/Sterling VA in Sterling, Virginia

Concert Technologies, a leader in the Technology Deployment industry, is currently looking for candidates to fill out theScheduling Coordinator/Project Facilitatorposition onsite at our office in Dulles (Sterling), VA.

The successful candidate will plan and coordinate assignment processes to ensure that the goals or objectives of the assignment are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and parameters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and update servicing schedules.

Verify the availability of applicable resources.

Confirm appointments and arrange a location.

Manage and confirm appointments.

Respond promptly to scheduling queries via email and phone.

Document scheduling process.

Provide regular updates to all stakeholders as necessary.

Provide support to the Team as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Eligible to work in the US.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

*Associate's Degree preferred.

Minimum six months of related experience in scheduling, call center or dispatching fields.

Ability to read and interpret standard company/industry documents and instructions.

Basic math skills.

Experienced in common commercial software programs (MS Office, Adobe, etc.).

Available to occasionally work a non-standard/after-hours shift after completing the Initial Employment Period (IEP).

This is an on-site position with hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm in Dulles (Sterling), VA. $18 per hour.
