Superior Iron Works, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment and Building Maintenance person for our miscellaneous and structural steel shop in Sterling, Virginia. Must be able to repair miscellaneous lifting equipment, welding machines and various tools. Must be able to keep detailed records of maintenance performed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Good working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Utilize knowledge of various machines, welding equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English (bilingual preferred but not mandatory).
• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and skill level.

Must have own transportation.

Hours: Monday Friday 7am 3:30pm
