Robert Half Help Desk Analyst I in State College, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering a contract position for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I in State College, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be providing essential support for Office 365, managing tickets, providing remote end-user support, troubleshooting printers, and handling password resets. This role is integral in ensuring smooth operation within our organization. This role is 60-70% remote and 30-35% on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for Office 365, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any arising issues • Manage tickets effectively, prioritizing based on urgency and importance • Offer remote end-user support, assisting with technical issues and providing solutions • Troubleshoot printers, diagnosing problems and implementing fixes to ensure minimal downtime • Handle password resets, ensuring users can access their accounts securely and promptly • Utilize skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Windows 10 to perform tasks effectively and efficiently. Run cabling Requirements • Candidate must possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows 10 is required. • The role demands excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. • The candidate should have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance. • Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware and software troubleshooting is required. • Experience in customer service, particularly in troubleshooting and providing help desk support, will be advantageous. • The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team. • The ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. • The candidate should have a strong commitment to continuous learning and detail oriented development in the field of IT Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
