Position Purpose:

Our Hospital Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator will be performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties specific to the needs of Nursing Managers.

What you will do:

Develops and posts schedules while assisting with the staffing of the Nursing Department.

Maintains accurate timekeeping records and assists with payroll responsibilities in Kronos.

Ensures accurate licensure information for temporary staff (travelers and pool RN's) in all assigned departments.

Minimum Qualifications :

Must have a High School Diploma.

Must have clerical/administrative experience. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.

Must have hospital scheduling or equivalent experience.

Must be computer literate. Word processing experience is preferred.
