Job Summary: The SharePoint Analyst is responsible for customizing our Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments using low-code solutions to improve workflows and enhance processes. The person in this role must be comfortable working with and training stakeholders at all levels of the organization and solving common problems using out-of-the-box solutions. Automating and improving business processes. We are looking for an individual who has at least two years of experience gathering requirements and creating solutions within SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. At least two years of technical IT experience. At least two years of working with and administering Microsoft SharePoint Online. At least two years of working with and administering Microsoft Power Platform. Experience in configuring applications to fit organizational needs. Experience maintaining business applications. Ability to work with detailed data and information. Ability to learn third party tools for application integration and extension. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential: ability to effectively liaise with and listen to colleagues to understand business needs.
