Regions Hospital Rehabilitation Scheduling Coordinator in St. Paul, Minnesota

Regions Rehab department has an opportunity available for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join the team in a Rehab Coordinator position. In this position you will provide patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions with a personable and professional manner. These functions primarily include scheduling and coordinating therapy appointments using EPIC, responding to phone and in-basket requests, and supporting staffing supervisors to alert of current daily needs. Performs related duties as assigned. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 11:00 am 20 hours/week Required Qualifications: Three years' experience in a direct customer/patient service position. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years post-secondary education in Health Care or Business Administration is preferred.
