Primary Responsibilities HDR is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager in the MN area to design, pursue, lead and/or manage projects. This position will be in the Twin Cities Metro Area with flexibility for a hybrid work week, balancing remote and office work setting. Pursue, plan, direct, and design multi-disciplinary highway projects. Be a member of the Transportation team and will have the opportunity to support a mix of local and national projects dependent on workload and opportunities. Direct the work of others in the completion of corridor studies, preliminary engineering, and environmental reports. Experience or ability to conduct extensive agency coordination, planning and programming, and working with multi-discipline teams are a must. Support in the preparation of proposals and lead scope development and execution upon selection. Should have experience working with a variety of disciplines and project types. Responsible to coordinate project staffing and workload management for a team of engineers and designers. Will be a key to the growth of our local Highways & Roads Market Sector. *LI-BC1 Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field 15 years of relevant transportation experience PE Understand the operations of MnDOT and Metro Counties Ability to support marketing and business development Excellent analytical and communication skills.
