Overview

Primarily responsible for managing a team and executing the general operating objectives set by the Executive Vice President of Operations, by directing the branch staff in the areas of service, administration of business, warehouse and delivery, installations, and reporting of financial information. This individual would have full local P&L performance responsibility ensuring that the Branch is maximizing operating efficiencies while supporting local sales initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual financial objectives.

  • Manage the daily activities of the administrative, service, collection, and warehouse and delivery staff.

  • Manage the execution of standard operating procedures and company policies for all departments.

  • Create annual goals and budgets; monitor and report throughout the year.

  • Manage the security of regional assets including facilities, cash and currency, inventory, vehicles, and machines on location.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationship with Client Base.

  • Safety Committee management.

Key Management Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire and manage assigned team.

  • Delegate duties and assign/schedule work to meet deadlines.

  • Support employee development and provide training as needed.

  • Establish team and individual employee goals.

  • Manage employee performance.

  • Authority to terminate or make a termination recommendation.

  • Implement, communicate, and maintain Company practices, policies, and procedures with team.

What we’re looking for

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management; logistics or business administration; and 7-10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience managing a multi-million-dollar operation and related P&L; ideally involving service, cash, collections and capital equipment. Experience with route business a plus.

  • Significant experience in a related field, such s those involving serving equipment, filed operations and vehicles, parts inventories, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

  • Proven ability to effectively present information to management and groups of employees.

  • Ability to work on a variety of mathematical concepts.

  • High-level ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • High level ability to interpret a variety of instructions.

  • Ability to manage employees and managers on and off-site.

  • Ability to balance operational objectives and sales requests.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills.

  • Mechanical inclination and the ability to learn the operation of various equipment.

  • Experience with safety, security and loss prevention.

Physical Requirements:

  • Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment.

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related).

Minimum Salary

USD $70,053.88/Hr.

Maximum Salary

USD $77,059.27/Hr.
