Corewell Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - HouseCalls - Corewell Health South in St Joseph, Michigan

Help us meet the needs of homebound patients in our community! Seeking fulltime Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the dedicated HouseCalls team of providers at Corewell Health South.

HouseCalls is a primary care provider service for people who are homebound and need ongoing medical care. Team also sees patients in assisted-living facilities.

Full time opportunity with guaranteed salary! If you have a passion for helping patients and families manage complex, multi-dimensional challenges in a variety of settings, this is the opportunity for you!

Seeking compassionate providers who enjoy being part of a collaborative care team that includes nursing, social workers, and spiritual care providers. Must also be comfortable seeing patients independently. Prefer candidates with two or more years of experience. Will consider new graduates with previous experience. Epic & Suncoast EHR.
