SAIC seeks a Process Improvement Analyst to join our team in providing support to our customer in Springfield, VA. This role advises, assists, leads, manages, works and supports the customer's business operations. You will develop, review, coordinate, adjudicate, and communicate measurable business processes.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, and have experience with cybersecurity related process and procedures, including creation/maintenance of process diagrams, SOPs, Checklists, etc.

Duties include:

  • Lead, manage, work and support business process development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, communication, and compliance.

  • Conduct independent verification and validation and support to internal offices to ensure processes are clear, fact-based, accurate, outcome-driven, consistent with external guidance, and reflective of agency strategic planning.

  • Support development/implementation of Policy Business Process Improvements.

  • Support development, tracking and reporting of Business Process Analytics and Business Process Performance Measures.

  • Support official records management for process documentation in accordance with agency policies.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; ability to pass polygraph after hire.

  • Bachelor’s Degree 9+ years equivalent or experience in Lieu of a degree.

  • Demonstrated experience, skill and expertise leading, managing and working business process development, including but not limited to diagrams, checklists, SOPs, manuals, and handbooks.

  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge of, and in-depth experience, skill and expertise leading, managing and working IT and specifically Cybersecurity business processes.

  • Experienced in the use of MS Visio to develop visual representation of procedures and processes.
