PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a Cath Lab Manager for a Full Time, exempt position. We welcome candidates with either an RN or a Tech background for this role!

The general salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $58.88 – $88.32. The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc.

About this position:

  • The position oversees the day-to-day operational and clinical activities of the Cath Lab, Nuclear Medicine department and EKG department and reports directly to the Director of Cardiovascular Services.

  • Supervises staff and gives technical direction, monitors and prioritizes workflow.

  • Manages the selection, training and development of staff.

  • Assists in development and monitoring of budget. Performs needs assessment and makes recommendations for capital purchases.

  • Ensures adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources.

  • Assures services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.

  • Establishes effective relationships with physicians.

What you bring:

For Techs:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology with advanced certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist required upon hire OR, military education coupled with registration and minimum 5 years’ experience in lieu of accredited school of radiology technology. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration or other related fields preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years tech experience required in interventional cardiology/radiology, including two years of supervisory experience.

  • Licensure/Certification/Registration to practice in trained clinical area as required by the State

  • BLS required upon hire

For RN's:

  • Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Required

  • Minimum 5 years RN experience required in IR, Radiology, etc, including 2 years of supervisory experience.

  • Oregon state RN license

  • BLS required upon hire
