What you will do

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the management and delivery of quality services. Ensuring services comply with all Hospital and regulatory agency standards and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education : Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles and concepts normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Master’s degree in nursing or related health field preferred.

  • Licensure : Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.

  • Certification : CPR and ACLS Certification required. CNOR required or attained within 2 years of employment in position.

Preferred Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Master’s degree in nursing or related health field preferred.

  • Experience: Requires three (3) to five (5) years demonstrated clinical experience in surgical services and three (3) to five (5) years of nursing management experience.

Work Schedule : Full time – 40 hour Day shift
