 As creative curators of balloon designs, we provide that "WOW factor" for our clients' events. We also sell balloons, DIY kits and pre-made balloon sculptures.

The Customer Service Assistant is upbeat with an enthusiastic personality and willingness to help. The role with our growing company offers flexible hours and a chance to be a hero on our customer service team, providing a smile during every client interaction with the understanding of how unique and important each event is.

What you'll do:

• Answer inquiries and solve problems with a friendly attitude via phone, email, and online.
• Show off your positivity!  Assist customers with questions, concerns, and even the occasional rave review.
• Help customers find the perfect product or service that fits their needs like a glove.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle any escalated issues with empathy and grace.
• Embrace the fun! Bring your energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction, making each one an unforgettable experience.
• Be happy to assist! Support the team by handling light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents and errands.

Preferred Skills:

• Empathic and patient, with a genuine desire to make every customer interaction a positive one.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance or a related field, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
• Have the ability to charm customers with your words.
• Superb at problem-solving and have the ability to think on your feet.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating computer systems and software.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Unique personality and flair to make the role your own.
• Availability of about 20 hours per week with flexibility to work some weekends as needed.
• Be willing to agree to a background check                               

Pay starting at $12 per hour, but may increase after the first 90 days.
