Aspen Roofing Office Manager in SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah

We're seeking an Office Manager to become a valued member of our team! In this role, you'll oversee the administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and tracking the source
  • Scheduling appointments for sales team
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Processing Payroll
  • Collections
  • Taxes
  • Offering administrative support to the team
  • Facilitating cross-departmental communication
  • Taking attendance and notes during staff meetings
  • Handling various office duties such as restocking supplies, mail distribution, and minor custodial tasks
  • Various other duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience in administrative role or similar fields
  • Estimating and measuring from plan sets or job bid sheets a huge plus!
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks and MS Office
  • The ability to interact with a variety of personalities
