Aspen Roofing Office Manager in SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah
We're seeking an Office Manager to become a valued member of our team! In this role, you'll oversee the administrative functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and tracking the source
- Scheduling appointments for sales team
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Processing Payroll
- Collections
- Taxes
- Offering administrative support to the team
- Facilitating cross-departmental communication
- Taking attendance and notes during staff meetings
- Handling various office duties such as restocking supplies, mail distribution, and minor custodial tasks
- Various other duties and responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- Experience in administrative role or similar fields
- Estimating and measuring from plan sets or job bid sheets a huge plus!
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and MS Office
- The ability to interact with a variety of personalities
