Empowering Lives. Restoring Families. Responsibilities The Associate Family Program Director assists in the management of the clinical family program. This position supervises Family Therapists and organizes/facilitates parent orientation, family program, and parent and sibling support groups. The Associate Family Program Director provides support to the Family Program Director as needed. Essential Duties: Collaborate with Family Program Director, Associate Clinical Director, and Clinical Director on the development of the Family Program and to provide administrative support for the residential clinical program. Facilitate Programmatic Overview during Parent Orientation and facilitate Parent Support group and/or Multifamily Process Group. Act as a parent contact, to provide initial check-ins with recent admissions. Carry an average caseload of up to four families. Caseload may fluctuate dependent upon staffing and census. Coordinate schedule for Parent Orientation and Family Program. Act as second primary contact with alumni families to attend support groups, alumni events, and participation in Parent Support. Act as primary Family Program contact when Family Program Director is unavailable. Complete documentation timely (may include assessments, treatment plans, progress and group notes, discharge summary) and according to established standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related clinical field required. Must be licensed in the state for which you applying as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW or Clinical Psychologist for a minimum of one year. Prior relevant experience with one (1) year as a family therapist preferred. One (1) year experience in residential preferred. Experience with family systems and attachment-based theories preferred.
