Orchard Village is looking for responsible, caring, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. A DSP helps clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you can make a profound impact on someone\'s life. These positions have a varied weekly schedule and do not have a specific house assignment; instead s/he will be assigned where most needed. All applicants must have: \ a driver\'s license with a clean driving record \ a high school diploma, GED, or evaluated foreign degree \ a clear criminal background (or DPH waiver) \ no lifting restrictions \ Must be flexible and have reliable transportation \ Must be a DSP on the Healthcare Worker Registry \ Open shift availability required \ Overtime available Responsibilities include: A typical day includes meal preparation, housekeeping, hygiene, and working on goals.
