Pay: $144,500 - $195,500

What you will do

The North America Site Delivery Leader is Responsible for Site Delivery Services across North America, ensuring delivery and support of local personal computing services, desk-side support, end-user requests and related infrastructure services for Kenvue.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and developing team that serves as face of Tech & Data for North America, including VIP support.

• Partner with regional technology leaders to drive global site support model and standards.

• Maintain Collaboration, Voice, Conferencing, and AV services to the highest level of quality and the best price point.

• Develop strategies to ensure the delivery of agreed-upon service levels.

• Serve as an escalation point for critical and urgent site issues.

• Advocate for the business needs of the sites within EUS and Technology & Data.

• Partner with Technology & Data stakeholders to develop new and innovative solutions to increase service levels and decrease costs.

• Establish and maintain metrics to measure the performance of Site Delivery Services as well as the quality of service delivered.

• Partner with regional Technology & Data leaders and business partners to proactively share Site Delivery Services performance and collaborate on improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS required and degree in STEM field preferred.

• 8 years of relevant technology experience.

• 2 years organization leadership/people management.

• Strong customer focus and service orientation.

• Demonstrated experience managing large/complex vendor relationships.

• Excellent communication skills (oral, business writing, presenting and listening).

• Ability to navigate and produce results in a global, matrix organization.

• Broad based, well rounded technical background.

• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience influencing leaders/stakeholders via data-driven decision making

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with IT service management

What’s in it for you

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,500 - $195,500 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
