Performs assigned patient care based on validated skills achieved in clinical/lab courses within his/her school of nursing.Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital. Automatic consideration for a New Graduate Nurse position during final semester of nursing program. Upon graduation transition into pre-NCLEX New Graduate role and be eligible to participate in the nurse residency program, nursing internships and other new graduate transition to practice offerings. Following successful completion of the NCLEX exam (National Council Licensure Examination) and licensure, transfer to a RN New Graduate position.
