responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough quality inspections and audits to ensure products meet established standards.

  • Identify and address deviations from quality specifications and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality control processes, procedures, and standards.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of product specifications and quality metrics.

  • Create clear and concise technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.

  • Communicate complex technical information in a manner that is easily understood by team members and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system.

  • Participate in internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience in quality assurance within an industrial environment.

  • strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems required

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Preferably proficient in both Spanish and English
