Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Sheboygan, WI

Salary: $60,000/year

*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that our manufacturing processes run efficiently and effectively.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers during the 2nd shift.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet production targets.

• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate production records and report on shift performance.

• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless operations.

*Qualifications:*

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.

• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

• Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours, which typically run from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
