Description

We are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in SELBYVILLE, Delaware. The role is crucial in facilitating and coordinating master data at the enterprise level for various business domains. This position will provide support in identifying and gathering master data across major systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) such as Oracle. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate master data at the enterprise level for each of the business domains.

• Support in identifying and gathering master data across various major systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) such as Oracle.

• Perform master data creation/setup (vendors, customers, materials) and verification along with contract administration duties.

• Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems.

• Create and maintain master domain data - customers, vendors, or items.

• Monitor compliance with data governance policies and procedures.

• Create reports and analyses as directed.

• Support the master data creation process by training others to ensure complete and timely communication between contacts.

• Work on the backend to identify any data that may have been lost during transfer.

• Handle submission of tickets and information that may not have transferred over correctly.

• Use Oracle and Excel to manage and analyze data.

Requirements • Proficiency in Erwin Data is essential for this role.

• Demonstrated experience in Analytics is required.

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents is necessary.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle systems are mandated.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must for data manipulation and reporting.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking are essential.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines is necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.

• Experience in data reporting or a similar role is preferred.

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work aspects.

• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and developments.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
