Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Manager ERP Applications - Oracle Finance/Oracle Cloud in Seattle, Washington

Description This position is hybrid/remote. We are seeking a candidate that would preferably reside in Renton, WA, Portland, OR, or Irvine, CA locations. Some on site work required. This position will provide excellence in enterprise application planning, implementation, and support for Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) and affiliated organizations. Occasional travel to attend department and organization meetings is required. Essential job responsibilities include: Strategy development and deployment. Resource planning and utilization. Management of operational support initiatives. Vendor management. Application design reviews. Implementation management. Administrative support of IS application solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CPA/CA . Or equivalent educ/experience. 5 years Information Services leadership experience. 10 or more years Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; healthcare information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Must have proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position. 8 years Application design, support and/or implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP experience must include leading Information Services teams in the following applications and business processes: ERP Finance Applications (General Ledger, Billing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management and Expense Reimbursement, Intercompany accounting, and Revenue Management) Project Management applications (Project accounting and management, Project costing and billing, Grants & Lease Management) ERP experience must also include business process integration of Finance Applications with Supply Chain Applications (e.g. Contract Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier/Vendor Management, Pricing, Inventory) and Oracle Cloud Payroll applications at a minimum. Working knowledge in the above areas is an added advantage. Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas is a must. Extensive System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience for business transformation initiatives. Extensive experience planning, designing, implementing, deploying, and supporting large scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
