Use your administrative and management skills as a Program Manager - Long-Term Programs! The Program Manager - Long-Term Programs is responsible for the daily implementation of all program policy for the William Booth Center's long-term programs. By working with individual program staff, this responsibility includes-but is not limited to-implementation and oversight of program policies and protocols, all case management supervision, and specific related staff training. This position is under the direct supervision of the William Booth Center Director. This position is full-time, exempt, and located in Seattle, Washington. Pay Rate: $75,000/year Duties & Responsibilities Review and analyze training needs and promote and coordinate training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Maintain and develop staff by supervising directly to include onboarding, coaching, training, evaluating, and mentoring. In coordination with WBC Director and management team, participate in long- and short-range planning and goal setting; evaluates and revises plans and goals as program needs change. Continually work with Veterans' Administration (VA) to maintain a strong relationship between The Salvation Army Be the VA liaison and representative for the VA-GPD program. Assign clients to case managers and follow up with case managers to ensure we are hitting our GPD goals and success for residents. Collaborate with other VA supportive agencies representing The Salvation Army and our programs to build better relationships and opportunities for our residents. Assign case management to yourself as needed to support your case managers and our residents. Ensure that all residents files, both hard copy and digital, are well kept and audit ready for internal purposes, governmental review, or VA inspections or TLP Inspections. Will onboard new case managers under your supervision to ensure they learn our programs and the culture and expectations we want to instill in our programs. Work to ensure that our residents' success rate is above standards. Attend and participate in all staff and manager meetings to include client Case Conferencing Ability to conduct and oversee direct client services. Primarily responsible for the oversight of all case management services to residents in GPD and TLP programs. Review and approves case managers requests for direct client assistance. Respond to emergency situations that may arise, making decisions within policy guidelines, as necessary. Provide crisis intervention and institute security procedures should a critical or threatening situation arise. Monitor, evaluate, report, and record training activities and program effectiveness. Participate in direct referrals from local agencies to intake staff and monitors application process. Oversight of discharges in close supervision and coordination with WBC Director. Ensure advocacy for housing, public assistance, and other services
