Description:

Project Manager will manage technology or integration project, successfully delivering the solution to meet project goals. May work directly with external equipment vendors, customers, or partners, and have a solid understanding of the design approaches and industry technologies utilized in fulfillment and distribution center designs. Supports Quality Assurance for team. • Supporting Asset list, conveyance testing, template and checklist generation • Additional hands on engineers onsite during HV1 and HV2 testing (up to 50% travel) • Risk report generation each week • Standard work generation • POCs for field escalations • Punchlist tracking

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field • 4+ years of experience as a project engineer, process engineer, project manager, program manager, manufacturing engineer or related occupation • Experience with complex MHE and packaging lines or process design based on Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Manufacturing System • Strong skills with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Project and Outlook • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Up to 50% travel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience related to quality control, Lean manufacturing efforts, transportation/logistics and/or fulfillment/distribution centers • 4+ years of experience with material handling elements such as high-speed sortation, multiple conveyor subsystems, package lines and/or robotic work cells
