Location: 1301 5th Avenue - Seattle, Washington 98101 Job Summary The Regional Investment Director leads the regional Investment team in delivering national expertise at the local level. The Regional Investment Director reports jointly to the Regional Sales Leader (direct report) and to the National Head of Investments (dotted line). This Leader serves as change agent fostering an advisory culture across the Investment team within a defined geographic area in order to retain clients, grow new IM&T revenue, and ensure efficient and profitable compliance with corporate and regulatory practices and procedures. The incumbent will work in collaboration with the RSE and the Investment Segment line of business to oversee profitability of the IM&T business in each Market in an assigned region. The Regional Trust Director leads the execution of any client segmentation strategies to properly engage national administrative support and expertise to build capacity for execution of client experience and growth of book. This role leads a culture of compliance with all Investment policies, laws, and regulatory requirements. Individually, this role will serve as a recognized Investment expert on the relationship management team and within assigned markets, providing insights and solutions to attract, retain and grow clients who require complex Investment strategies to protect, and responsibly grow personal and family wealth. Execute on client wealth plans by maintaining a high net worth book of business to high professional standards. Actively produce new revenue both as a contributor and coach. Responsibilities Acts as an agent of change to achieve client experience, growth and compliance goals. Owns national strategy and supports business objectives through active advocacy and behavioral adoption. Effectively oversees implementation of standard fee schedules. Where a discount is warranted due to the size of a relationship, ensures that the discount is profitable when taking into account the complexity and responsibility required to serve the clients. Utilizes coaching and effective use of the approval process to achieve this effort. Engages central teams to offer administrative support or specialized advice to build capacity for Investment teams in assigned region. Contributes to the formation of national policies and procedures through active participation in governance committees and leadership activities. Supports business objectives through active advocacy and behavioral adoption. Promotes a professional team atmosphere that encourages the open expression of ideas and opinions leading to a successful sales environment. Invests in the development of assigned fiduciary team focusing on growth in current role and long term career development. Participates in KeyCorp's commitment to the community. Leads Investment Team in the development of the following competencies through example and adoption: Retain and expand existing client relationship revenue. Meets or exceeds individual sales goals and contributes significantly to attaining team sales goals. Participates in relationship reviews as an Investment expert on high net worth teams. Identifies and prioritizes Investment and other opportunities to deepening relationships and enhance revenue. Presents ideas and solutions to clients and prospects. Understands and can discuss the KPB Value Proposition Maintains new and existing clients on published fee schedules Where a discount is necessary, limits the discount balancing the size of the relationship with the complexity of the service necessary to meet the needs of the client. Participates in professional associations to demonstrate professional credibility and expand COI relationships. Serves as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects (as well as their advisors) relative to their concerns around cash flow, asset growth, liquidity, income, and risk. A
