Description

An established immigration law firm seeks a qualified IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL to join their growing team. This is a 100% remote role and will play a pivotal role in supporting foreign nationals with exceptional ability (O-1A) and those pursuing permanent residency through EB-1A or EB-2 NIW petitions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client eligibility for O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW visas/green cards.

• Draft compelling petitions and meticulously gather supporting documentation to build strong cases.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant USCIS regulations and procedures for these visa categories.

• Provide clear and consistent communication with clients, USCIS, and other stakeholders throughout the application process.

• Manage case workflow efficiently, meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop persuasive arguments.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; participation in company's 401(k) plan with 4% match and 15 days of paid time off and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration law.

• Strong understanding of USCIS regulations and procedures related to O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 (National Interest Waiver) categories.

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to craft clear and concise legal communication.

• Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
