To support our growth, ICF is seeking an entry level candidate to provide program support for our utility program team in Seattle, WA. Working closely with program and portfolio managers, this individual will coordinate and contribute to various deliverables such as creating and managing progress reports, conducting research on new EE technologies, supporting program stakeholders and participants, and processing customer applications.

What you will be doing:

• Process customer applications from third party platforms for enrollment into utility sponsored demand response programs

• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking

• Analyze data and call out trends, find and address errors to resolution

• Develop and update high quality client reports within required timelines

• Support various internal staff with data management and analysis

• Provide regular program status updates

• Handle and track issues brought by Distributors, customers, and customer service representatives.

• Assist with Distributor engagement, as needed, on various programs.

• Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed

• Address client and customer issues with a positive attitude

• Take minutes during internal and external calls

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in (environmental studies, finance, business, economics, data science, or other related degree preferred)

and

• 2+ years' experience in (energy efficiency, construction, administration, or related fields) OR

• High School Diploma and

• 5+ years' experience in (energy efficiency, construction, administration, or related fields)

• Must have valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check at hire and periodically during employment .

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$49,148.00 - $83,552.00
