Job Summary and Qualifications

The Nurse Manager- Behavioral Health will lead the frontline nursing staff and deliver excellent patient care. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for creating an environment of patient-focused care, defining standards for quality patient care, managing and developing work-based teams for assigned shifts, training new staff and providing leadership to our nursing team.

What qualifications you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting offering a variety of treatment modalities required

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in the field of Behavioral Sciences from an accredited college or university preferred

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license

• CPI Certification within the first 90 days required

• BCLS required
