Job Description

A health and wellness client is looking for a Project Coordinator/Jr. Project Manager who will be supporting the overall coordination, communication, and delivery of marketing campaigns. They will be apart of the CRM team while project plans and risks to ensure success - the team oversees about 40 to 50 campaigns per month. The PM will be responsible for managing the portfolio in Jira and Smartsheets, configuring the request tunnel for new requirements, and prioritizing requests with the leadership team. The ideal candidate would have strong time management skills, attention to detail, scope management, risk management, and problem solving.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management positions

• Experience with standard PM methodologies and delivery approaches

• Marketing/CRM experience

• Background with PM tools (MS Office, JIRA, Smartsheets)

• Strong communication and reporting skills with all levels of the organization - PMP or CSM certified

• Tableau experience null
