Job Responsibilities

  • Material Analyst Cell materials resource planning MAP and Kanban management..

  • Material flow management for 100 on-time delivery to customers and inventory turn improvement. Maintenance of bill of material BOM and part data integrity, prepare plans and give commits for sales and production schedule 1 hours, and all production inventory transactions.

  • Utilize Material Replenishment Planning MRP system to ensure purchase order fulfillment.

  • Support New Production Introduction NP I inclusive to phase in/phase out.

  • Resolve material shortages/overages; includes expediting or obsolescence processing

  • Work closely with quality personnel to ensure proper rework process is utilized.

  • Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements.

  • Coordinate research data to Identify significant variances.

  • Share, communicate and report on variances to both internal and external supply chain.

  • Execute with excellence in the area of stock and demand replenishment providing feedback to the supply chain on risks regarding replenishment levels and demand.

  • Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage the production Schedule.

  • Planning and monitoring production schedules to insure on-time delivery of all customer orders.

Education

BS degree Materials Management or related preferred

Experience of statistical reporting, forecasting and understanding of financial and operational impacts of forecasting. Experience working projects and multiple tasks within a materials organization Experience working with an ERP/MRP system JDE F SAP. Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Strong communication skills as well as problem solving skills. Fully Bilingual English Spanish
