Amazon Sr. Worldwide Specialist Solutions Architect - GenAI, Bedrock Go-To-Market in Santa Clara, California

Description

Are you passionate about Generative AI (GenAI)? This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI and make a real impact on our customers' generative AI journeys. We are seeking an experienced Open Source Generative AI Specialist to join our team and drive the adoption of Amazon Bedrock through strategic contributions to popular open source frameworks.

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) - Generative AI is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. We work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. We pride ourselves on thinking big, delivering exceptional results for our customers, and working across AWS as #OneTeam

LangChain, LlamaIndex, crew.ai, and other GenAI OSS frameworks have become widely popular among developers building Generative AI solutions. LangChain simplifies chaining multiple components like models and datasets into complete solutions. LlamaIndex helps developers augment models with their proprietary data while lowering the barrier to augment models with custom data sources. These frameworks make it easier for developers to try new use cases, switching out components like models and data sources as needed, implementing dozens of design patterns for RAG, model evaluations, observability, agent workflows, and prompt engineering.

You will be responsible for developing code examples, documentation, and best practices that showcase the integration of Amazon Bedrock with frameworks like LangChain, crew.ai, and LlamaIndex. You will represent Amazon Bedrock in OSS frameworks and will contribute directly to examples and code on the frameworks. You will partner with Amazon Bedrock product teams to ensure examples and contributions align with Amazon Bedrock's capabilities and roadmap. This role will develop and execute mechanisms to up-skill AWS field teams on GenAI OSS frameworks.
