As a Ceremony and Events Coordinator, you will be a part of Conmebol COPA America 2024 supporting seeking a [Job Title] to join their team. As a Ceremony and Events Coordinator, you will support the needs for opening and closing ceremonies. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, English and Spanish, detail oriented and experienced in sports events which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Ceremony and Events Coordinator

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $25 and up

What’s the Job?

• Support production of awards ceremonies

• Coordinate rehearsal spaces

• Coordinate dressing rooms, stand and dancing spaces

• Assist with catering operations

What’s Needed?

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

• Detail Oriented

• Experienced in working similar soccer sporting events
