Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

We are looking to hire full time workers 40 hours a week Also, please note that days of the week that you will work will vary; however, you will be placed into a two week rotating block schedule so your schedule will be the same every two weeks. Also, our work weeks are Sunday to Saturday, and every other weekend will be required.

1st shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

2nd shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)

3rd shift (11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.)

Below is an example of a schedule you may work. This will be the schedule on a two week rotating basis.

• Week 1 - Days Worked: Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday

  • Days Off: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday

• Week 2 - Days Worked: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

  - Days Off: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday

  Once hired, we will provide the exact schedule you will be given. Please make sure to notate on your application which shift you are looking to work. Thank you.

  Provide direct patient care and assist with provisions of personal hygiene and activities of daily

  living (i.e. feeds, bathes, dresses, moves/lifts patients, provides preventative skin care, brushes

  teeth, cleans/trims fingernails, changes bedding and incontinence pads/briefs, collects vital

  signs, measures height & weight, measures fluid intake/output); makes observations of patient

  condition and timely reports/documents all findings; assists with doctor’s sick call and doctor’s

  rounds; responds to emergency by providing emergency care and cardiopulmonary

  resuscitation; documents all patient care; makes beds; maintains cleanliness of patient

  area/equipment; escorts patients as needed; communicates with patients to assess and

  communicate patient needs; provides assistance to healthcare staff; reviews shift report from

  preceding shift(s); performs other duties as assigned.

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – Listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry and possess CPR

  certification for the healthcare professional; 6 months of work experience as an STNA.
