Job Purpose: Maintains building environment and accessibility by maintaining building equipment, heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems Duties: * Maintains electrical (outlets, switches, breakers, light fixtures, locating shorts) *Maintains plumbing (toilets, tubs, sinks, faucets, waterlines) *Maintains drywall/painting (patching, using compound, knockdown texture) * Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. *Other duties as needed * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Have experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs, Must have your own basic tools. Must be able to work some weekends. Must have a valid Driver's License.
